Specialty Construction Consulting established in 1999, by Sean Zernickow, merely as a consulting company to the construction industry, primarily to the door and hardware industry.  Over time with an established partnership with Z-Squared, www.z-squared.net, we have grown into other aspects of the realm of business.  We now, while we still have a focus on consulting to the construction industry, we have adapted our business model a little bit to include information systems consulting and web development. 

We also have the ability to establish database programs to help streamline your efficiency, and productivity in your organization. 

You may ask how we accomplish the "jack of all trades" mentality.  It is quite simple we do not do it alone.  With the partnerships we have established over the years in the construction, and information technology world we have been able to take our business to the next level. 

We work with you and our partners to establish a plan of attack that will work for us, but most of all for you.  A website is only one tool we can utilize to help drive success in your organization.  With the other marketing principles we can assist  you in the development of, we can achieve this. 

While we do not provide the printing of marketing material we can develop items for you streamlining the process to printing.  There are a number of printers out there, but if you need some referrals we have worked with many printers in the past that know of our work, and have no problems printing what we have developed.
